Established in 2016, Grenton Property Group began as a small property management firm with a clear vision — to do more than just maintain buildings. We wanted to build them.

What started as a hands-on approach to managing properties quickly evolved into full-scale residential development, as we recognised the growing demand for affordable, high-quality housing in well-located areas.

Our first major project — the complete redevelopment of a commercial building into sectional title apartments — proved that great design, smart planning, and solid execution can deliver both social and financial value.
